FAQ

How do I see my Fortnite purchase history?
In Fortnite, open your Profile icon, select the gear icon, then Account and Privacy, then Return or Cancel Purchase to see items bought in the last 30 days. For your full history, sign in at epicgames.com, open Account, then Transactions.
Can I see when a Fortnite skin was last in the Item Shop?
Epic does not publish an official Item Shop archive or a last-seen date for each item. Third-party shop history trackers record daily rotations, but their data is unofficial, and Epic does not guarantee that any item will return.
How many refunds do you get in Fortnite?
According to Epic, every account starts with three Return Tickets and earns one more every 365 days. Epic Games Support cannot grant extra tickets. A ticket only covers Item Shop purchases made with V-Bucks in the last 30 days.
Can I refund a Fortnite item without using a Return Ticket?
Yes, with Cancel Purchase. Epic says it works within 24 hours of buying, and only until you equip or use the item in gameplay. Purchases made with real money are not covered by either option.

What does “Fortnite shop history” mean?

Fortnite shop history usually means one of two things. Some players want the rotation history: when a skin was last in the Item Shop and whether it will come back. Others want their own purchase history: what they bought, when, and whether they can still refund it. This guide covers both, using Epic’s help pages wherever they exist.

The two questions have very different answers. Your personal purchases are fully recorded by Epic and you can view them at any time. The rotation history of the shop itself is not something Epic publishes as an official archive, so any “last seen” date you find comes from players or third-party tools, not from Epic.

How do I check when a Fortnite skin was last in the shop?

Epic does not publish an official Item Shop archive or a “last seen” date for each item. To find an item’s past appearances, players use third-party shop history trackers, which save every daily rotation. Treat those dates as unofficial, and check the live shop at reset for anything you plan to buy.

What you can rely on from Epic:

  • The live shop. The in-game Item Shop and the webshop on fortnite.com refresh at around 00:00 GMT, according to Epic Help. Our Fortnite Item Shop reset time page converts that into local times.
  • Today’s rotation. The Fortnite Item Shop today page tracks the current shop, which is the only shop you can actually buy from.
  • Epic’s own announcements. Collabs and returning sets are sometimes announced on fortnite.com/news or Epic’s @FortniteGame account before they go live.

If you are searching for “Fortnite shop yesterday”, the shop that ended at the last 00:00 GMT reset is gone from the game. Epic does not keep a public page for previous days, so a third-party history tracker is the only way to see it.

Will a Fortnite skin come back to the Item Shop?

Epic does not guarantee that any Item Shop cosmetic will return, and it does not publish a return schedule. Many items do reappear, sometimes after long gaps, but past appearances are not a promise. A collab item, for example, can depend on licensing that Epic does not disclose.

Hints of upcoming items circulate as leaks before each reset. Our Fortnite shop tomorrow leaks page collects them and labels what is unconfirmed. For a free way to get an eligible item during the current mini season, see the Pirate Shop Token guide. If you plan to buy, check the Fortnite shop prices page for current V-Bucks costs.

How do I see my Fortnite purchase history?

There are two official places to see your Fortnite purchase history. In the game, the Return or Cancel Purchase screen shows items bought in the last 30 days. On epicgames.com, the Transactions page under your account lists your full purchase history, newest first. Use the in-game list for refunds and the website for older purchases.

Step In Fortnite (last 30 days) On epicgames.com (full history)
1 Open Fortnite and select your Profile icon Sign in to your Epic Games account at epicgames.com
2 Select the gear icon (Settings) Open the Account page from the menu
3 Select Account and Privacy Select the Transactions tab
4 Select Return or Cancel Purchase Open the Purchase tab
5 Review the items you bought in the last 30 days Click Show More at the bottom to load older purchases

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The in-game list only covers the last 30 days, per Epic Help. For anything older, use the Transactions page.
  • The Transactions page covers your whole Epic account, so games and other Epic Games Store purchases appear alongside Fortnite items.
  • If you bought V-Bucks on a console store, the payment record belongs to that platform. Epic has a separate help article for checking Fortnite transaction history on consoles.
  • Epic does not provide a total “money spent on Fortnite” counter. You would need to add up your transactions yourself.

How do Fortnite refunds work?

Epic offers two ways to undo an Item Shop purchase made with V-Bucks. Cancel Purchase works within 24 hours, until you equip or use the item. After that, a Return Ticket can refund V-Bucks purchases from the last 30 days. Each account starts with three tickets and earns one more every 365 days.

Here are the rules from Epic’s help article on cancelling and refunding Item Shop purchases:

Option Time window Other rules from Epic
Cancel Purchase Within 24 hours of buying Only until you equip or use the item during gameplay; does not use a ticket
Return Ticket Item Shop purchases made with V-Bucks in the last 30 days Three tickets at the start, one more every 365 days; Epic Games Support cannot grant extra tickets

Both options live on the same Return or Cancel Purchase screen. Epic’s help pages describe two routes to it: Profile icon, gear icon, Account and Privacy (purchase history article), or Player icon, the menu button, Support and Refunds (refund article). Menu labels can shift between updates, so use whichever your build shows. Epic says refunded V-Bucks usually arrive within a few minutes. If you paid with V-Bucks from a platform-specific balance, they go back to that platform balance, not your shared wallet.

Purchases made with real money cannot be refunded with Cancel Purchase or a Return Ticket. Epic says you may be able to get a refund through the platform where you paid.

Older guides call Return Tickets “refund tokens” or “return requests”. These are the same system, and Epic’s current help page calls them Return Tickets.

What is not confirmed about Fortnite shop history?

Several common claims about Fortnite shop history and refunds have no Epic source behind them. Epic documents the purchase history screens and the Return Ticket rules, but not item rotation data or return dates. Until Epic publishes something, treat each of the points below as unconfirmed, even when many sites repeat it:

  • Any “last seen” or “days since last appearance” figure. These come from third-party trackers, not Epic.
  • Return predictions such as “this skin is due back next week”. Epic publishes no rotation schedule.
  • A permanent ticketless refund window for changed cosmetics (reported, not announced by Epic).
  • Any refund route for real-money purchases other than the platform where you paid.

If one of these changes, we will update this page with a link to the Epic source.
